By purchasing with Floral Fix, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Placing orders
Orders can be processed online, via phone or email. Orders received by 10am are guaranteed same day delivery, If placing an order after 10am and you require same day delivery please call and we will see if we are able to assist. Orders received after 10am are delivered the next day.
Deliveries
Guaranteed deliveries for daily flowers are made of an afternoon Monday to Friday. Morning, weekend and public holiday deliveries are on a request basis, please note this in the comments section of your order and we will do our best to assist.
We offer free local delivery for daily flowers in the Sutherland Shire (excluding Waterfall, Bundeena and Maianbar which will incur a $20.00 fee). All other areas of Sydney incur a $20.00 fee. Please select the appropriate option in checkout.
Free pick up from our flower studio in Cronulla is also available by request.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is advised at the time of the order being placed. Should the incorrect address be provided additional attempts at delivery will incur a $15.00 fee.
All hire items can be delivered to Sydney and beyond. Please get in touch for costings.
Availability of flowers and other products
Flower availability at the market can vary day to day. Where possible you will be provided with an arrangement containing the same blooms as shown on the website. However, Floral Fix reserves the right to substitute flowers and foliage as dictated by availability at market.
Substitution for other products on the website such as vases and candles may be required subject to availability.
Cancellation of an order
Orders cancelled by 8pm the night prior to delivery incur a $10.00 administration fee. No refund applies to orders cancelled on the day of requested delivery.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Should prices need to be adjusted, existing orders will be honoured.
Weddings and events
A non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to secure a booking for your wedding flowers. The final balance is required no later than one month prior to your wedding date. Cancellations after final payment is made will incur a 50% fee up to 5 days prior. For bookings cancelled less than 5 days prior, all payments are non-refundable. Please also note the 'availability of flowers and other products' in the terms and conditions section as this also relates to wedding/event flowers.
